PGA "Cultures in Action" Package

The PGA "Cultures in Action" Package is a project to create a tangible, circulating 'capsule' that contains a collection of music, artwork, poetry, stories, movies, culture maps, and tokens of protest from various(ever-growing) PGA inspired groups worldwide. This capsule can be sent out and recieved, one could make copies of its contents, one could contribute to it for it to expand. It is intended to be a kind of mobile "withoutborders-rebelion-culture-festival-in-a-package" that is both personalized and transcommunal. So it actually travels, by mail or from hand-to-hand as a capsule (or many capsules) with a kaleidescopic protest and alternative nature. The content, costs for shipping&handling, packaging, versatility etc. need to be worked out. Input and collaboration greatly appreciated!
